Product Contamination Insurance will indemnify the Insured for the Loss caused by Accidental Contamination in the Insured Product that the Insured is legally obligated to pay against bodily injury and property damage sustained by third parties, or resulting from malicious product tampering and product extortion.
Contractual Liability Insurance will pay on behalf of the Insured all sums which the Insured by reason of contractual liability assumed by him under a contract designated in the schedule for this insurance shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury or property damage.
The coverage of this insurance is to indemnify the Insured for all sums which the Insured shall become legally obligated to pay as damages because of bodily injury by accident or disease, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by his employment by the Insured in operations in a country designated in the policy.
